We currently offer free worldwide shipping. There is no additional shipping cost.

Oceania: 8 - 20 days

Europe: 8 - 20 days

Latin America: 9 - 26 days

Other countries: 11 - 30 days

Please allow extra time for your orders to be processed and shipped during peak season and holidays. 

NOTE: Due to Covid-19, processing times at customs and shipping carrier & postal delays has resulted into longer shipping times. 

Orders can sometimes take 3-5 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out. All orders are professionally packaged, and prepared before being shipped.

When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, don't worry. Contact us and we'll fix it!

REFUNDS & RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@trenzjar.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
